With Google selling the Nexus 5 at $349
With Motorola selling the Moto X for $399 (recently $329 on sale)
With the Moto G on Verizon (locked but contract free) selling for $99
With the unlocked Moto G selling for $179 and $199
With Nokia 520 / 521 selling for $99 – $180 without contract
With more and more Americans buying contract free cell phones…..

I don’t think Samsung can get away with the old pricing scheme.
Galaxy S5 should be $500. $550 is pushing it.
