Update for Windows Users
Across the board Windows 10 has been an an unparalleled success for my clients.
There have been some minor tweaks that needed to be made here and there by the fact remains that it just works. Microsoft’s commitment to pushing out security updates represents a new era in their commitment to our safety. Due to the frequency of updates, which no longer occur only on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, it is important that you let your computer SLEEP most of the time instead of turning it off.
You should only be Shutting Down your Windows 10 computer if you know you are not going to be using it for a couple days.
With that said, I have noticed a change in sleep behavior in Windows 10. In previous versions of Windows, you were able to click your mouse or press a key on the keyboard to wake it up. In Windows 10, I have found that scenario to be rare.
When you let your computer go to sleep, the preferred method of telling it to WAKE UP is to press the power button.
If you are still able to to wake up your PC in Windows 10 using the mouse or keyboard method, let me know.
