New policy for Windows setups

The reason I have always recommended business class computers from the likes of HP, Lenovo, and Dell is because the hardware was of a higher quality. These computers are built to last and there is often some kind of warranty that actually pays rewards when the situation turns south.

Lately, both Dell and Lenovo have been caught putting insecure software on their computers. These applications were aimed at helping the customer receive better support and an enhanced user experience. Unfortunately, the flaws could have been taken advantage of by a hacker and left you vulnerable to serious consequences.

I am 100% behind the Windows 10 platform. From now on, I am going to do a "clean install" of Windows 10 when I set up your Windows PC. This means that I will completely erase the computer and install a fresh copy of Windows 10 prior to transferring over your important files and installing key applications.

Lets all run Windows without the manufacturer "sludge."
