While I don’t appreciate the use of the word KILLING in the headline of this BGR article, they have a point.

It goes back to what I share with my clients and friends all of the time. When you depend on a free product or service YOU are the product or service.

If people aren’t happy — be willing to change or find a service that respects your business. Ha ha, it’s not that difficult.
